The Sringeri Community Centre, belonging to the Sringeri Vidya Bharati Foundation (Canada) was inaugurated on December 13th 2008. Hundreds of well wishers attended the function bearing the severe winter weather and took part in the inauguration of the Community Centre The Sringeri Community Centre is an independent entity managed by a dedicated team headed by the Manager. The hall is so designed that it can be best suited for any event or occasion. The uniqueness of the Community Centre is that it can be turned into a wedding hall for traditional weddings and a banquet hall for wedding receptions. It can also be converted into an auditorium for music concerts, dances, dramas and all social events. The Community Centre also accommodates smaller private events such as Birthdays, Religious events such as Bhajans, Mata ki Chowki, Satsangs, Engagements and Anniverseries. Sringeri Community Centre is also well suited for Corporate events, conferences and meetings. The state of the art audio and video systems with two huge screens with projectors makes it the perfect place for any event. A fully equipped kitchen with well experienced chefs can prepare any type of vegetarian food for all your events. The Sringeri Community Centre can comfortably seat 500 guests for a wedding and sit-in lunch or dinner. For Music concerts and shows, the auditorium can accommodate up to 700 guests.
